  5.                BBSes usually have some sort of on-line help system
  6.        that will instruct you in the commands and procedures to
  7.        accomplish various things on the BBS. If at any time you are
  8.        experiencing difficulty with some feature on the BBS, you will
  9.        likely find that referring to this online help will answer your
  10.        questions. However, if after consulting the instructions, online
  11.        help, etc., you are unable to solve your problem, don't hesitate
  12.        to contact the sysop. He/She will usually be able to answer any
  13.        questions you have, and after all, that's what they're there for!
